LEADERSHIP HISTORY
Marvels is Founder/Creative Director at EDICEO International; a training company. In year 2018, Marvels founded and launched JOBXONE, which metamorphosed into SixFigureJobsAfrica; a Workplace Readiness and Job Placement Assistance Initiave. Marvels is the Convener of the First Class Achievers Forum which first convened in Redeemer's University and has now grown into relevance beyond the shores of Africa. When Redeemer's University hosted her maiden edition of the HULT PRIZE COMPETITION in December 2019, Marvels sold an idea to a team of 3 undergraduates and also coached them for pitching the idea to judges for the local round. The idea; ACE GREETINGS won the first place position. In December 2020, this feat was again repeated during the second edition of the same competition, by another team that he coached. In year 2019, Marvels became an alumnus of the prestigious Tony Elumelu Foundation when his business idea won the TEF Entrepreneurship grant sequel to which he founded EDICEO International. Due to his hard work and great leadership, in year 2020 EDICEO International was officially listed as a brand of the MTN REVV Tribe.
